Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" (IATA: ATH, ICAO: LGAV), began operation on 29 March 2001 and is the primary civilian airport that serves the city of Athens in Greece. It serves almost 15 million travelers every year. The airport can handle 70 take-offs and landings per hour. Capacity could be expanded to accommodate 50 million passengers a year.

Germany, Spain, Italy and Norway are among the most popular destinations from Athens International Airport which is served by over 50 airlines including Norwegian Air Shuttle, Easyjet, Germanwings and Aegean Airlines. British Airways, Lufthansa, Olympic Airways and Aegean Airlines are among those with executive airline lounges within the airport, making your travel experience more comfortable for when you're accessing sites like partycasino.com from your phone, waiting for your flight to board. Thanks to its geographic position, the Athens International Airport is becoming more and more important as a gateway between Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

The airport has services available for unaccompanied minors. It also has a pharmacy, fully equipped first aid stations and 24-hour medical services. The airport has over 7,100 parking spaces dispersed among its short-term and long-term parking lots. There are three parking options at Athens International Airport labelled P1, P2 and P3. Parking areas P1 and P2 are located on the same level as the arrivals area. You can park for up to five hours in these car parks. Stays of up to 20 minutes only are free. Parking area P3 is for long term visitors intending to stay over 5 hours. This convenient parking facility is available at Entrance 3 of the Athens International Airport where you can deposit your car and keys with a valet who will park your car within a designated valet parking area. It will be delivered back to you at Entrance 3 at the time you specify.

There are two major terminals at Athens International Airport. The Main Terminal Building handles the all intra-Schengen flights, as well as several non-Schengen flights. All check-in desks are located in the Main Terminal. It has three separate levels, one for arrivals, one for departures and a food court level complete with a view of the eastern runway. The Satellite Terminal handles non-Schengen flights only. It is easily accessible through an underground link complete with moving walkways
